Please read this Agreement carefully prior to accepting this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that:

1. you allow us to take direct debit instalments under this Agreement in line with the terms of your booking;

2. changes to your flight will incur a PLT fee of $75 per passenger, plus the airline fee and fare difference. This applies to all passengers occupying a seat; infants who sit on a parent or guardian’s lap may be exempt, subject to airline terms and conditions;

3. if your booking is terminated by either party, you will receive a refund of instalments paid where your ticket is refundable, however we will charge a reasonable service charge fee;

4. if you terminate the Service after the cooling off period you will be subject to cancellation fees as below:

   • a PLT Termination Charge of 10% of the booking cost capped at $150 per passenger will apply,
   • any airline cancellation penalty as stipulated in the fare rules
   • you will not receive a refund for any flights identified as non-refundable on our website.

   This applies to all passengers occupying a seat; infants who sit on a parent or guardian’s lap may be exempt, subject to airline terms and conditions;

5. selecting a flight through us means you accept PayLater Travel isn't liable for your travel product and is only responsible for our Service. You assume risk for any cancellations, changes, overbooking, delays, or insolvency by your Travel Provider;

6. you bear costs from your errors or omissions, including incorrect passenger numbers, names, or ages as per valid government documents; and

7. Pay Later Travel's prices don't include personal costs like insurance, emergency fees, excess baggage, drinks, visa fees, gratuities, and vaccines.

1.1. This website is operated by Sky Pay Group Pty Ltd (ACN 621 979 431) trading as PayLater Travel. Throughout this site the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PayLater Travel.
